Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Java Technical Lead for a right to hire contract role for an industry leading Financial Services organization in Cleveland, OH. ? Description: Working under leadership directives, this self-starting role is responsible for working closely with clients, providing Business Analysts and Systems Architects with Subject Matter expertise and directing the technical team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. The Technical Master is the technical leader involved in the full systems life cycle including designing, coding, unit testing, implementing and supporting application software products. This position is also responsible for driving the technical review of the selection and implementation of packaged solutions. Candidate would be expected to function within clients operating model, which includes both domestic and international activities.

Required Qualifications Associates Degree (entry level) to Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 7 yrs. experience in application development related processes. Able to grasp complex business problems and define a technical solution. Strong Java/Distributed Development background / 7+ years of Java Experience. Spring/Hibernate/ORM experience. Knowledge or Experience with Websphere/RAD7, J2EE Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Ajax/JQuery, Web2.0, Spring Integration, WSDL/SOAP, AXIS, JAX-WS, DB2, MQ, Hudson-Junit, Ant. Experience with mainframe integration (cobol/CICS). Experience with Banking, financial transactions, credit card transactions, ecommerce, customer facing systems. Experience with banking regulatory standards. Experience with online banking tools. Works well in a diverse team environment. Good written and oral communication skills. Negotiation skills.
